1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BlueOrbit VPN, its website, in-app pages, and related services provided by KEY PROXY LIMITED. By using the app or services, users agree to these terms.

2. The Service

BlueOrbit VPN provides supported VPN connection features for iOS devices, including smart connection options, global node choices, and connection status information. Features, server availability, connection quality, and performance may vary by device, network, region, app version, and subscription status.

3. Lawful Use

Users must use BlueOrbit VPN lawfully and responsibly. The service must not be used to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, distribute harmful content, attack systems or networks, bypass restrictions unlawfully, interfere with security controls, or disrupt the app or service infrastructure.

4. Device and Network Access

The app may require network access, approval to add a VPN configuration, an Apple ID for App Store purchases, and other device permissions. Users are responsible for their devices, accounts, network settings, and subscription preferences.

5. Paid Features

Certain features may require an active paid plan. Purchases are offered through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are explained in the Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, checkout information, and applicable platform rules.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. Servers, locations, connection modes, and other features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, technical, business, or legal reasons.

7. No Guarantee of Anonymity

BlueOrbit VPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. A VPN can provide an additional layer of network protection, but it does not guarantee absolute anonymity, complete security, unrestricted access, or compatibility with every network, website, service, or region.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Apple, Google Firebase, Google AdMob, AppsFlyer, Facebook attribution services, infrastructure providers, and other service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, website, software, product name, Logo, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by KEY PROXY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KEY PROXY LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use BlueOrbit VPN.

11. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when a user violates these terms, misuses the service, creates a security risk, or where required by law or platform rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after revised terms are posted means the user accepts the updated terms.
