This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for BlueOrbit VPN purchases. Apple App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund process and policies.
2. Refund Eligibility
The eligibility period begins when the original purchase is confirmed.
If a monthly plan is offered at checkout, a refund may be requested within 7 calendar days (168 hours).

3. Non-Refundable Purchases
- A weekly subscription is not refundable when more than 3 calendar days have passed since the original purchase.
- A monthly or yearly subscription is not refundable when more than 7 calendar days have passed since the original purchase.
- Repeat purchases made by the same user are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Use the refund option provided for the purchase or contact BlueOrbit VPN support at [email protected]. Include the app name, purchase date, transaction or order identifier, and a brief reason for the request. Do not send full payment card details.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment platform and financial institution processing times. BlueOrbit VPN and KEY PROXY LIMITED do not store full payment card details.

6. Canceling Auto-Renewal
To stop a subscription from renewing, open BlueOrbit VPN and go to:

Canceling auto-renewal prevents the next renewal charge but does not automatically refund the current subscription. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
7. Apple App Store Purchases
If a purchase was made through the Apple App Store, the refund request must be submitted to Apple and is decided under Apple's policies. KEY PROXY LIMITED does not control Apple's refund decisions or processing time.
8. Review and Refund Timing
A refund request may be reviewed to confirm the purchase date, plan type, payment channel, and eligibility. Once approved, the time required for funds to appear depends on the original payment method and the financial institution.
