Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Velta Browser offers paid subscription plans for premium browser and built-in VPN features. Available plans include a weekly plan at $4.99 per week with a 3-day free trial for eligible users, and a yearly plan at $49.99 per year.

2. Free Trial

The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid weekly subscription at $4.99 per week through the Apple App Store.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store using the payment method linked to the user's Apple ID. Prices may be shown in local currency and may include applicable taxes depending on Apple policies.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends, according to Apple App Store rules.

5. Cancellation

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. KEY PROXY LIMITED does not control refund decisions made by Apple.

7. Premium Access

An active subscription may activate premium browser features, built-in VPN protection, or other app-specific benefits. Feature availability may vary by network condition, app version, device, and service status.

8. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may update subscription features, pricing, or promotional offers from time to time. Any required notice or consent will be handled through the app, website, App Store listing, or Apple subscription flow.
