How to Submit a Request
To request deletion of eligible data associated with a KEY PROXY LIMITED app, please email us at [email protected].
Please Include
- The name of the app you used.
- Your app account ID, user ID, or email address if the app uses one.
- Your device platform, such as iOS or Android.
- A clear statement that you are requesting data deletion.
Verification
We may need to verify your request to protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or other sensitive information.
Processing

Subscriptions
Data deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Users should manage subscriptions directly through the relevant app store or payment provider account settings.
